We are always looking for new professional, eager members to join our squad. The Rescue Squad's volunteers are a tight, elite group that makes a valuable contribution to our community. The training and rewarding life experiences you gain, as well as your value to the community, make the Rescue Squad an organization that can change your life.
We invite you to come check us out on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm. You will learn more about what we do, what it means to be a member, and how to join. The below documents are not needed until you decide you would like to apply to the squad.

Second, a copy of your driving record from the

Third, a copy of your criminal background from the Watauga County Courthouse, located at 842 West King Street in Boone. This must be obtained in person and is not available online. |
Fourth, a copy of your health immunizations.
Note: We require FEMA ICS courses 100, 200, 700, and 800 from members but these are NOT REQUIRED at application time. More info...
